Promotion opens on 15 April 2023 at 10:30am and closes on 15 April 2023 at 5:15pm. 18+ UK residents only. 1. The Jewson Aintree Grand National EFL Ticket Giveaway promotion is open to all residents in England, Scotland and Wales, aged 18 years or over except employees of the promoter, Jewson account holders, any Jewson account holders who took part in the They Win You Win promotion, agents or third parties directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

2. Entry: Participant must correctly guess the two teams playing in the EFL Championship Play-Off Final, EFL League One Play-Off Final and EFL League Two Play-Off Final.

3. Participants will visit www.jewsonwin.co.uk to complete a form to take part in the promotion

a. Participants will need to complete a form, sharing their name, email address, and mobile number to enter the promotion so that winners can be validated.

b. Participants will need to select six teams that they predict will be playing in the EFL Championship Play-Off Final, EFL League One Play-Off Final and EFL League Two Play-Off Final.

c. All entrants will receive a confirmation email confirming that their entry has been successful, the details of their entry and a link to the Promotional Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on the Jewson website.

d. Valid entries from the day (15th April 2023), up until 5:15pm will be collected and a winner will be announced after the EFL Championship Play-Off Final on 8 May 2023; EFL League One Play-Off Final on 21 May 2023; and EFL League Two Play-Off Final on 28 May 2023.

e. If there is more than one participant that correctly guesses all six teams in the play-off finals, participants will be put into a prize draw and a winner will be selected at random.

f. Winners will be notified by email within one week of the final play-off date (28 May 2023).

g. The winner will need to complete a form within two weeks of receiving notification of their win, sharing the details from their form that was completed to take part in the promotion, so that the winner can be validated.

4. The WAA Chosen web server is hosted in the United Kingdom, and access is locked to permitted WAA Chosen members of staff administering or operating the Promotion. Any personal information collected will only be used for administrative or operational reasons. Collected data can be transferred to external service providers of the Promotor, to carry out the Promotion. Collected data includes name, email address and phone number.

6. After four months of the promotion closing (15 April 2023), all data will be permanently deleted.

7. A maximum of 2 x tickets for one match for an EFL team of their choice will be awarded to the winner. The winner will be sat in the home team area. This is a one-match ticket and not a season ticket. Exclusions apply, and no tickets will be awarded for semi-finals, play-off finals or cup matches.

8. Winners will receive the prize specified in the Promotional Terms.

9. Unless otherwise stated, any expenses incurred by a winner and or their companion in the general use and or enjoyment of the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner.

10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network, or server failure of any kind.

11. In case the prize is not verified or unclaimed within two weeks of receiving the winner’s form then the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If there are no other successful winners then the prize will be forfeited.

12. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

14. On provision of a winner completing their winner’s form, all data will be securely shared with WAA Chosen for the purposes of fulfilment.

15. Personal information will be retained by WAA Chosen for four months from the closing date to enable the Promoter to complete the administration of the Promotion.

17. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

18. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary.

20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

21. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
